past life regression

Past life regression or Transpersonal Psychology is a practice that uses hypnosis or guided relaxation to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives. It is thought that, by exploring these past lives, a hypnotherapist can help you to uncover personal stories that help to explain who you are now, your circumstances, life choices and path. In addition, I hope you may find a root cause of an issue from a previous life which is affecting you in your current life or receive guidance if you are feeling lost and disconnected. In my sessions with clients, we have also been exploring what happens between lives.
